I've been intriqued by the the FYI Tiny House Show where folks downsize to a small trailer size house of approximately 200 square feet. After watching a few shows the designs seem about the same with a few adjustments for the owners personal ideas. This is some serious downsizing and part of the show is going to the client's house and going through an exercise, in some ways more drastic than"Hoarders" because these folks seem normal.
And on the other hand, you can buy a $1,000,000 underground parking space at 42 Crosby Street, New York, New York. The parking spaces will range from $5,000 to $6,666 @ square foot which is more per square foot than the apartments upstairs.
