Term Limits Don't Always Work

In  another small example of what is wrong with politics these days Teresa Sarnoff, 59 submitted paperwork to open a campaign account and run for the seat her husband has held since 2006 and must leave the seat because of term limits.  Marc,Teresa's husband, has already raised a lot of money that can be used to support her campaign.  There are other candidates, but name recognition in local elections with small turnouts is a big factor.

There must be something in the water, once politicos get elected they don't want to quit.  A campaign war chest of about $250,000 might not be enough to buy the election but it is a good start.
