About six days ago Maria hit Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The hurricane was the
strongest storm to hit the island since 1928 and reports from the island indicates
that there has been flooding, and virtually no power on the island since the storm
hit.
After Hurricane Andrew, Kate Hale Miami Dade County's Emergency Manager asked where the
cavalry was. And it came. This time it looks even worse for the people of Puerto Rico. Get it in gear and
hurry up. Puerto Rico is part of the United States of America.
This is going to be a long term project or the people of Puerto Rico, but fuel, water, and electricity are
needed immediately to stave off a larger catastrophe.
