Guy Fieri or Julia Child
Just finished some blogger's rant about Guy Fieri of the Food Channel. I sympathize with the writer with a big caveat. He probably more clearly reflects the way most folks eat these days. Cooking at home is just another job that takes money for stuff that you don't use very much. Following recipes with more than four ingredients is aimed at folks that might home cook two meals a week. Lots of folks these days are picking up takeout food. Lots of families need two incomes and they have outsourced cooking instead of cooking and how many times a week do you eat at a place with white table clothes.
