The President's Press Conference Yesterday
I listened to the President's Press Conference yesterday. President Trump's selection of R. Alexander Acosta to become the next Secretary of Labor will most likely turn out to be a good one. He has done a good job at F.I.U. as Dean of the Law School. He also went after medicare fraud in Miami which is, was and is still a big issue done here. The folks that represent South Florida in Congress and the Miami Herald Editorial Board are enthusiastic about this promotion.

Our Mission
To
foster, promote, and develop the welfare of the wage earners, job
seekers, and retirees of the United States; improve working conditions;
advance opportunities for profitable employment; and assure work-related
benefits and rights.

Sometimes less is more. The President's performance for the rest of the press conference was not very presidential. There are lots of positions to fill. Time would be better spent trying to find folks that would serve on the Trump team.
